Medical Aid

Most medical aids have oncology benefits with funds available according to your scheme option. Your planned treatment will be submitted to your medical aid for authorisation. This can take 7 working days or longer. If your treatment plan is rejected, your oncologist will submit further motivation. Once the practice has received the written authorization from the medical aid, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment for treatment.
